Account and application services process the information you provide, including your name, email address, profile details, educational background and uploaded application documents. Academic services also process enrollment, coursework, assessments and credential records.
These services use personal information to manage accounts, review applications, administer academic activities and maintain institutional records. Access within the portal depends on a user’s role and assigned responsibilities.
The verification service displays a document’s type, program or distinction, issue date, issuing institution and current status. The holder’s name is included in the verification record. Application files and internal academic records are not part of the public verification result.
The website uses hosting, authentication and data-storage services to operate. Browser storage maintains sign-in sessions. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google’s servers. Stripe processes online payments and receives the billing and transaction information needed for that purpose; the University does not receive or store complete card details. Technical providers may process connection information when delivering these services.
Contact the University about access to or correction of your information, retention of a record, or a request for deletion. Include enough information to identify the request, but do not include passwords. Any request involving an academic record will be considered alongside applicable recordkeeping obligations.
