Official institutional policy
01
Evaluation
Transfer credit is never automatic. The University evaluates official records, course content, level, workload, learning outcomes, recency and the reliability of the issuing institution. The applicant may be required to provide syllabi, assessment evidence, translations or verification sent directly by the issuer.
Prior experiential learning may be considered only through a documented assessment that demonstrates the same learning outcomes as a defined requirement. Experience or time in a role, without evidence of learning, does not earn credit.
02
Decision and residence requirement
The written decision identifies accepted credit and the requirements it satisfies. Every student must complete the minimum PCU-USA study stated in the program catalogue; accepted prior learning cannot replace the program's culminating work or institutional assessment unless the program expressly allows it.
03
Credit accepted elsewhere
PCU-USA cannot guarantee that another institution, employer, licensing authority or jurisdiction will accept its courses, credits or awards. Students planning further study or professional use should obtain a decision from the receiving body before enrollment whenever possible.
